FAQ
How long before my order arrives?All orders have an approx lead time of 1 - 2 days. We always aim to get your order out on the day of payment, from time to time there may be a small delay. We will always contact you to advise a delivery time. Back to Top
How much delivery will I pay?All orders are calculated by weight. We use Royal Mail 1st Class delivery as standard on most items. Heavier items can be sent Standard parcel service. On bulk large orders the maximum price of delivery under 25kg will be at a set rate of £10.50 via a courier company. This should be the maximum postal cost on most orders. Back to Top
Will my favours come with decoration or filling?Your DIY Favours will come flat packed without any decoration or filling. If you choose to have your favours made up by us they will include the decoration and filling. Back to Top
Do you ship internationally?All international orders are welcome. We are happy to advise on shipping rates to international countries. It is always best to ask for the shipping rate before placing an order, it will help you be aware of costs before proceeding. Do you give discounts or take trade orders?We have tried to cater for both personal favour makers and the professional favour makers via the quantity price structure. How Long to Flowers Take to arrive?Our flower packages i.e Bouquets, posies etc are usually dispatched within a week with some having a quicker turn around. If you need them urgently we will always work with you to achieve your deadline. If you wish to order in advance we are also happy to do that for you. Back to Top
