Returns Policy

We will only accept back faulty or damaged items. You should notify us within 24 hours of receipt of any damage to your order. We will not accept any claims after that. We will refund your payment after we have inspected the goods and agree on the return and refund.

Tiara's and jewellery are excluded from returns. Due to hygiene reason's tiara's and jewellery will not be included in our returns policy.

We always advise on taking out recorded or special delivery on items so they are covered by insurance against any damage sustained whilst in transit to you. If you do not take this option we can not be held responsible for lost or damaged items whilst in the hands of the postal service.

Our non returns policy on items ordered in error or are the wrong shade are strict. Due to the nature of most of our items it is not viable or hygienic to take returns. This rule ensures that you get a brand new and untried product.
